JAX CHROMA BUG IN STORE

Jax chroma - Postimage.org

I bought the jax sand brick chroma and it has the red jax picture and then when i try it in game it is yellow jax. Can i have a refund because of store bug? I wanted the red one instead but the picture for the yellow jax is the red jax so i mistakenly bought the yellow one.
