Neeko W doesn't proc on turret anymore [GAMEPLAY]

So huh yeah, i don't know if it's a bug or if it's not mentionned in the 9.1 patch notes, but neeko W doesn't apply on turret anymore. It doesn't add any charge and doesn't proc the third attack on the turret.

If you want to reproduced the bug, just pick Neeko in the Summoner's rift, level up w and try to AA the turret, you'll see it does nothing, but it does still work on minion/champ/etc.

It happened everytime in tried to AA a turret, so yeah it's kinda bad since it's so powerful to push.

i hope they did just remove it honestly, her ability to poke you out of lane fast then ruin your turret just didnt seem fair

My guess is that it was something they didn't even think about, and were embarrassed then tried to just sneak it in without calling attention and hoping no one noticed.

Pitiful you get -1 just because they hate the champion.

The bug is real, it's there, we don't know if it's a nerf or a bug, and people are happy because "it's not my champion".

Well, it seems to be a bug. Btw, for some reason, in one game I was actually able to proc W against turrets, but idk what was the trigger for it. For a moment though it was taking different rune page, but next game again I couldnt proc W on turrets. Also, there is probably one more bug, though much more minor - that is if you use aa in camo, stacks wont proc (even though you are attacking minions).

Well I noticed that problem too - but I also had like 1 or 2 games where the w passive procced on turrets again. I really hope it's a bug
