Shen On Death Visual Texture Bug

When playing new Shen, I died in a team fight, and an animated 'Falling Snow' texture appeared above my body when I died. Was able to recreate once more, but seemed completely random when it happened.

Can't really tell from this pic, but if you are using the Frozen Shen skin that may be the cause. If not it might be a bug caused by the updated Frozen Shen skin. I'm not sure if the snow is actually a part of that skin though.
