No Mastery Token After S Game?

I have been spamming Nasus of late and noticed I have been mastery level 6 for quite some time, and I noticed I had no mastery tokens for him (I have some for other champs currently). I just got out of a game and received an S- and received no mastery token, why is this happening?

You need S/S+ for mastery 7 token

To get a Mastery 7 shard, you need to get an S or higher. You need an S- or higher for a Mastery 6 shard.
