Viktor Perfect Hex Core upgrade bug

I was playing as Viktor on a bots match and I when back to base to buy (from ). When I did, like normal it popped up the upgrade buttons but I happened to double click one of them very fast, resulting in me losing a point and not being able to upgraded one of my skill or my ult. Having the two points in one skill did not make it any stronger nor could I tell it had more than one point.
