Garen w/ Sunfire Damages Poppy during ulti.

I was rugged Garen against Poppy and i think i saw my sunfire tick on poppy during her ult on lucian and others. Not 100% sure but i will attempt to reproduce. This is POST 4.17 patch (so after the garen change).
