Can't enter lobby but get kicked and get CD, help?

I always had a lot of issues with the client but this time is the worst. I was in queue for ranked, never received the notice to join the lobby but i got a message saying ''connection timeout'' I just though I lost connection or something like that. When I tried to queue again i was told because i left champion select, I had to wait 5min. My client was in queue for the entire time. I allready had a bug that sometimes the notice to join the game wouldnt show up, but now idk wtf is happening.
