Tower Aggro Bug

There is some bug that doesn't switch tower aggro as it: 1. Switches to a non-priority target 2. Doesn't attack for an extended period of time as it tries to find a target

In the video provided, it is clear that both these things happen. After brand dies, the tower doesn't select a new target to attack shown by no red line on either the minions or Varus. This is a long noticeable delay to which was noted as I was playing. When the tower does select a target, it doesn't select Varus who had just done damage to Xayah but the closest minion to the tower (which takes one tower shot). The tower then proceeds to target Varus as he kills Xayah but gets out of range. A similar thing happened to Tyler1 awhile back and it seems to persist.
