My LoL launcher won't open

I have uninstalled LoL and reinstalled it and it still will not open the launcher, my brothers and I use all different computers and their launcher came up right away, but mine shows the League of Legends icon when you click on it to open it and then it goes away but then nothing happens. Please help.
