[CRASH] Client crashed after

As I was changing my heal summoner to smite, it dimmed then gave me that error in the puush I provided. Not sure why this happens, but this is the second time it has happened to me in under a month. I lost LP naturally because it was ranked but not too shaken on 3 LP loss. Just want a fix soon. Thanks
