[bug?] Game Loading In Screen has 0 ping and won't load into game until past 3 minutes

Sometimes when I'm loading into a ranked game, the bottom right corner says that my ping is 0 and won't load me into game. Everyone's loading in percent stays at 0, but they're actually already in game. My client loads me in 3 or more minutes later into the game. My usual ping is 60 and my wifi/computer aren't the problem. It's really annoying having to start laning phase 3 levels behind just because of this.

Does anyone know if this is a bug or know how to fix it?
