Fix your client, Riot

Why is it that such an enormous company is unable to fix such problems in their client, the one gateway from logging in to playing the game.

At least 10 times already I was either unable to lock in a champ in a queue, unable to accept a queue or the best one so far, getting disconnected from champ select during someone elses pick phase (my internet connection is as stable as they come) and losing 3 lp and getting banned for 5/10/15 minutes or however long it gets.

I mean seriously Riot, fix your client already.
