[GAMEPLAY] Can't condemn Jarvan

I've played Vayne, and while fighting Jarvan, every time he jumped towards me or ulted at me, I quickly hit E to condemn him (E hit him and went on CD) but Jarvan wasn't affect at all. He wasn't pushed back, nor stunned inside his ult circle. Vayne's condemn won't push back Jarvan's gap closer, though, vayne's condemn would push back blitz during a grab. Doesn't seem consistent to me. This bug of course just never let me condemn Jarvan every time he used any gap closer towards me (except flash).
