Bonus IP from boost can't be used to purchase

Hi, somehow bonus IP I got from boost can't be used to purchase. On the top right corner i have 6300 IP but when I want to purchase Zed, it only shows that I only have 5600. I've tried re-login but still the same. Now i wont be able to purchase project Zed that's on sale!
