Game crashes after victory or defeat screen

Every few games or so, after clicking the button on the victory or defeat screen the game crashes and goes black. I can hear an error noise in the back. The message reads a critical error has occurred. I have to force close the game window to get back to the client. It has been happening sine the most recent patch, and using the repair tool has not fixed it.
