ARURF is not popping up for me as a playable game mode??

I click the PLAY button and it brings me to the selection screen for all the game modes, but ARURF is not popping up. And I would think it would show up in the ROTATING GAME MODE selection, but it is just locked like before and you can't click on it. Is this happening to anyone else? [sg-lux-2]
