Blue transfer gave me blue for the whole game .

so recently I played a game as . The weird part was that in a team fight when I killed the person who had blue buff it transferred to me. Then when I got killed and spawned again I noticed I still had blue buff. At first when I noticed it I though it was just me seeing this so I asked my team mates if they saw the blue buff on me, so they said yes it was probably a bug. Basically I had blue buff for the whole game no matter if I died I still had the blue buff . Just wanted to see if others have gotten the bug and or is it just a thing that happened to me so that if is a bug It can be fixed.
