[Gameplay] Warwick's Hungering Strike and Hunter's Call not activating

Warwick fails to use his q and w quite often (3-15ish times a game). Seems like this occurs more often after ulting. Waiting for some time or clicking on a creep with Hungering Strike will get rid of this bug. This bug happens to me very often and I have quit playing LoL because one of the most simple and earlier developed champions is so bugged. With that being said I couldn't even report this bug on my main "Lee Gank For Me" because I get an "Internal Server Error" when trying to log onto my account to report the bug (how ironic).

I have dropped from Platinum to Gold 1 due to inactivity. If this bug (which has been mentioned 100's of times on these forums) doesn't get fixed soon I will be done with this game for the same reason as many of my friends.

Also as a recommendation for Riot: Please fix bugs and current content instead of just releasing more buggy content.
