Garen not appearing in champion list for solo team builder

Just after buying Garen with IP, he does not show up in my list of champions for solo team builder. He shows up in custom games, however. I restarted the client and he still isn't there. Anybody else with a similar issue?

Edit: as it turns out, he showed about about an hour later so this issue is resolved, but hopefully this doesn't happen again
