New Surprise Party Fiddlesticks / Primetime Draven type skin or bug?

Hi Riot Support, Recently I got a skin called Annie in Wonderland from the 10 year anniversary, but when I searched the skin spotlight of it, it seems like it's actually a 520 RP skin and not a Legendary, where it's not 1820 RP but still has that red gem in the center. I know of other situations where the skin classifications are bugged like where Championship Kha'zix doesn't have the gem even though it's a 1350 RP skin. If this is a bug, can you fix it please?
