played a game as Moakai and started with the dark seal. i got to 10 stacks, but it never gave me the extra 3 ability power per stack. it showed "Ability Power+15(0)"

I recall getting mord a while back, and having -1 AP on him. Maybe something is buggy with him and AP?

I'm actually getting something similar. Got it several times, the tooltip does not reflect bonus AP, but my stats show that I'm getting it.
