Client bug?

The new client is fun and works well before in game. I hope I'm not the only one, but every time I get in game, my FPS seems to drop due to the client running in the background. Maybe a bug with it? I'm not sure but I know its not my PC since I just upgraded it. Little help to either fix the issue or a Rioter who fixes bugs to look into it? Hopefully I'm not the only one having this issue.
