Lux binding hitbox

The animation of the "Binding" Skill is off on several skins of the Champion. It seems to miss you by far but you are in the hitbox anyways. Furthermore the direction does not always seem to make sense. It hits a second target more than 90 degrees off the original direction of the skill shot.
