went from level 30 to level 26

So i was originaly a player located in eu Nordic but decided to transfer to eu Nordic west. not much happend i transferred account stayed level 26 and got to level 30 then got to silver 5 and stopped playing the game. when after about a year or two i finally came back i accidentaly loged in to my eu Nordic account were i was level 26 and had some spair rp. i out coruosity decided to transfer my account that was in eu Nordic to eu west (again) and this somehow over took my other account in eu west so i lost all my progress but for some reason i didnt lose my rank. its been a while now so im not ranked anymore but i was a bronze 5 level 26. im guessing this is becous my old files overwrote the new ones or something dont really care i just whant this to be fixed and whant my progression back.
