100% disk usage on windows 10

hey, my laptop is going crazy when i launch league of legends. my disk usage turns to 100% everytime. i tried a lot of things : turning off supertech and windows search, cleaning disk etc. this problem happened for like 7 months and i can't see the problem. if you can find something that can help me please comment

its a windows 10 problem, not league. There's a billion 'fixes' otu there. but at the end of the day its just microsoft being a derp

100% disk usage isn't actually that bad. Generally when a large application loads, it will use 100% or close to. It just wants to run as fast as possible. Disabling superfetch is good, but remove it from startup programs as well.
