Stuck in loading screen

im honestly so tired of this, this has been happening for 3 patches. in the loading screen i would just be sitting waiting for the game to start only to be returned to the client losing 20 lp and a leaverbuster. The leaverbuster pisses me off so much, don't remember the last time i afked intentionally. in the loading screen the blue circle is spinning aswell. the fuck am i supposed to do?

I've got the same issue, it's so annoying to lose points and even get punished for something that is 100% not your fault and no way to avoid it.
