[CLIENT] Ranked client broke during champ select for me and my friend

I was playing ranked with two friends, one of who was sitting next to me (Player A from now on) and the other who is across the country (henceforth Player B). We were all skyping together. We were in ranked queue when both A and I saw the timer for the last ban reach zero and then nothing happened. Confused, B mentioned that the last ban was poppy and that the picks had started. After several picks went through, A's client jumped ahead and saw several picks but mine didn't change. A was second pick and his client was still behind (as in the counter said it was higher than what B reported), but he was still able to select someone. My client jumped to the first pick of jarvan but stayed on it until the timer ran to zero and then nothing changed until A and B told me I didn't select anything and dodged. In the chat I saw that summoners started leaving but I was stuck in the queue. I took a screenshot (attached) and waited. Two minutes later, I went back to pre queue screen.

This was ranked.
