Shyvana Bug

I'm not really sure if I can call this a bug because they might have done this on purpose, but I have to let it out just in case

We all know that shyvana's Q dose two auto attacks and which means that stacking abilities, buffs and items should take it as two auto attacks. for example if you have the krug buff from smiting them and you have 4 stacks on it and you Q as shyvana. It will go to 5 stacks and then apply the stun. One thing that I have noticed with the new rage blade is that when you Q as shyvana you only add one stack instead of two.

I feel like this is not right since it just messes with the point of the second auto attack. I may be just stupid and read something wrong in the patch but it just dose not feel right. I have not tried with other champs such as evelynn who has the same effect on her e but if it works on her but not on shyvana's Q then I kind of feel lied to :c
