I thought you needed level 30 to Enter ranked how did a level 24 enter ranked at gold ELO? Can anyone explain this to me i'm confused. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201751894-Unlocking-Game-Modes

He's probably 30 now, op.gg doesn't update unless you or someone else does.

they just got into ranked, promos most likely as thy only have 2 games under their belt. (I updated. you saw stats from a month ago.) they have 8 more to go, but if they got smacked like that (0/5, 0/15) they might be heading to bronze or perhaps silver.
