Item purchase during FPS lag

The problem that I am currently having is the random FPS drop since patch 8.11 and 8.12, but what is worse is that I can't even quickly buy my items as it always refund it automatically and probably from frame lag, and even when I think I have the item I don't.

Please fix these unexpected FPS lag.
