Lissandra Ult costing mana but not activating cooldown when ulting Yi as he used alpha strike (Q).

In a Twisted Tree Line, I used Lissandra's R Frozen Tomb on Master Yi but the master Yi used his Q Alpha Strike at the same time and it did not set Lissandra's R on cooldown but it did use the mana cost for the ability.
