[gameplay] Veigar Q is a line skillshot that hit multiple targets. No DMG to champs.

Just as I described in the thread title. I just played a game as Veigar mid VS a Katarina. My Q's Could not deal any DPS to the enemy champion but worked as a line skillshot that had a short decay range where it still dealt damage to additional minions after hitting the initial target. Kinda like a lissandra move... that gained AP. I was using the Final Boss Skin and the animation for Q acted very strange. I leveled my cage at level 1 for a jungle fight and don't know if that is a factor or not.

Veigar's Q works nothing like a "lissandra move" but instead works more similar to a "lux move"... without the root. It damages the first 2 things it comes into contact with, passing through the first thing and ending at the second thing.
