6 minute of the game lag

Hello everyone. So at 6 minutes in the game,game just goes nuts for 90 seconds,fps drops to 10,scoreboard is constantly flashing,2 patches in a row. Tried repair,reinstalling. Nothing helps. What the hell is this? Its been going on for last 2 patches.Please HELP
