Application not found error

I get this problem after hitting the red arrow button, i've reinstalled, clean installed, went through regedit to remove any traces, no luck. I assume its looking for a file that i dont have. any one having this problem or know a fix?

im really on the edge of quitting this game for good after 8 years.

Yo, just download Firefox (for example, worked for me), set it as your default browser, log in or do whatever they need you to do. After you are done, switch back to chrome as your default.
