Error of the Rank Placement

I do not know if there is an error occurred or what. For some reason, I was place into Bronze 3 after I won 9 of the 10 Rank Placement games. Please reconsider the difficulties the players have been though, assure that the placement is fair and satisfactory because hard work needs to be payoff.
