Poacher's Knife reappearence

I just played Jax in the Jungle and got the Tracker's Knife with Devourer. I got it to sated at the very end of the game, but when I was in the end game lobby it showed that I had Poacher's Knife with sated Devourer. I dont know if this bug was also in game but definitely in the end game lobby. Btw in match history aswell. It isn't something big but I thought I'll say it anyways :D
