Pretty gamechanging Maokai bug

There is a fairly big bug with Maokai that I noticed while playing him on the new patch.

When you throw a sapling onto an area that the enemies had a ward in, when the ward dies the sapling will treat the little piece of rubble that spawns when they die as an enemy and causes them to run at the piece of rubble and just keep running in place until the sapling times out and dies. This is a pretty big problem because it can hurt Maokai's safety in lane because many Maokai's use the saplings as a way to have vision in the lane bushes.
