Renekton W Bug

Hello guys! This is my first post so go easy on me if I did something wrong :P There is currently a bug thats been going on for quite some time. I posted a link so hopefully u guys can see it. Main issue with the bug is that renektons w goes on CD and doesn't stun the target :( pls fix rito

Bug indeed. NJ! Best bet is too not immediately W after ur Q so that you can stun. Now we need a Red Riot Comment.
