LoL Keybinding Bug

There is a bug where the mechs on any champions in general are having effects. Keybindings sometimes don't work. ex. when I was playing katarina, my Q Ult and my Recall didn't work.. Idk why this happened I tried changing my binds on the setting and it still didnt function..
