what is this system why he give m champions when i open box ? i have all champions for what i need this champions or blue essences is usseles for me :/

it'a a bug or is fail system because i need play 5 games (win) and get 3 keys to open one box it's 2nd time give m champion and why i use rp when i know what he can give m a champion just i failure system i think ....
