[GAMEPLAY] Pyke no health gain

Seems like Pyke' health doesnt scale with his level. He only gets HP from the items. Is it intentional that he gets no HP when lvling up? Or is it only my Pyke?

Pls RIOT look at this issue.

Also it's the other way around, he gains no hp from items and only from leveling.
