Never got LP for a ranked game win

1.I played a Shaco game 2.We just won game, Victory screen was delayed coming up and seemed to be lagging 2.After pressing "Continue" after "Victory" finally came up, it went to the black screen that says "Skip waiting for stats" 3. I waited for about 5 minutes because I really really wanted to see, but finally then clicked "Skip" 4. Went to profile to see how many points I won, 0 points were given, the game is not even in my match history at all, not even as a win, loss, or leave. 5. I relogged and upon relogging it gave me the "Reconnect current game" as if I had left the game 6. It then proceeded to say "Game has crashed, please try reconnecting" 7. I relogged about 2 hours later and still no match history of game, no points added
