Mastery Tokens not received after being Eraned

As Earned mastery level 5 at the same time I got an S rank and the window popped up telling me I had earned a mastery 6 token, then two games later I earned another S, and the window appeared again telling me i had earned another token. But when I went to the crafting page it said I only had one. I logged out and gave it a day to see if it would just take time, but it is still not there.

The first time you thought you earned a token, you didn't. You are not intended to earn a mastery token the same game you reach level 5 with a champion, only for games after that. The notification that popped up at that time was telling you that you are no eligible to earn mastery tokens, not that you actually earned one.
