Liandry's causes Qiyana's W to keep procing, which scales with AP. this creates a massive bleed effect that does ridiculous amounts of damage.

??? Liandry's does a % hp damage burn effect, and target dummies have ~10000 hp, her passive only procc'd once (maybe twice?) during the burn, and you have 942 AP

Qiyana was disabled a few days ago for "In-Game" issues. I'm not sure if the Client's Patch notes have been updated to include this (in the patch notes, it will say something like "7/3/19 Qiyana & Kha'Zix Bugfix"), so it's currently unknown if the Qiyana Liandries Interaction was the reason why she was disabled.
