Runes not appearing in collection.

I am on my smurf, and I check my runes and then go to buy new ones on the store since I only have t2 runes. I buy them and the IP transaction goes through, but they don't show in the collection. I relog, same thing. I assume this can be a somewhat big deal to newer players and that runes are getting reworked in a patch or two but if the bug is minor I would appreciate it if it was fixed.
