[EXE] Failed to Load URL

Hey Guys, I found the solution in my case. It has nothing to do with the client or riot, this is caused by a spyware in your computer that changes your proxy server, what you want to do is open your > internet options, then click on the "Connections" tab > Then click on "LAN Settings" and under "Proxy Server" uncheck the box that says "Use a proxy server for ......"

This is the steps for Windows 10 and Windows 7, Windows 8 and 8.1 may vary.
