[Client] Ranked Queue Bug

To reproduce:

  1. Click 'skip waiting for stats'
  2. Rejoin ranked queue, get into new champ select
  3. Stats refresh server side
  4. Get kicked out of your new champ select lobby, return to 'VICTORY' or 'DEFEAT' screen
  5. Lose 3 LP, get 5 min queue for dodging, or lose promo game.

Has happened twice now on two different patches. This one and the one previous.

Exact same happened to me. Was about 1/2 hour between 1 and 2. I was looking at the result on the web site because never loaded in client. I was in champ select, chating, i was 4th pick. 3 other people picked and i was discussing role with the last pick person, when I just POPPED into the VICTORY screen from before. no way to get back. Might have been when it actualy switched to my turn to pick. not sure. Tried to start a new game, said I was still in game. Tried again after a minute and it said wait 5 min.
