Client Gameplay Bug, and Client not working.

The first problem I've been having hasn't been a bother until late so I never bothered reporting it. The fact that I can't click and open anything in the league client that takes you to anything except what is already in the client itself. For Example : YouTube links, Bug reports, clicking to open my extended match history etc. It always says 'Application Not Found'. I thought it was no biggie who cares, I can do it on my own time by myself a minor annoyance. I've already tried running the repair sequence which did not work, and also uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game already.

The big problem I'm having is the game keeps spritzing and crashing and freezing me from doing anything on my pc. I know its not my pc because I play tons of games like dead by daylight, stardew valley, fallout 3 etc without any issues, and I get it crap happens and league dies. I'm only bringing it up because I don't want to eventually be banned just because I get reported for my game crashing. It wouldn't be a big deal, but I can't even open task manager unless I open a whole new desktop screen, other times I just have to completely restart my pc. I don't know what the issue is, but if you could take a look for me I'd really appreciate it.
