Game not loading after champ select

I thought this issues was fixed yesterday. I lost 2 games due to this issue yesterday morning and was put in low priority que. I waited until the afternoon to play and it worked. I que another ranked game this afternoon and it didn't load after champ select again. I got the can not connect to the network error. I even turned off my firewalls just to get another leaver mark against me.

I now have a 10 minute que before each game instead of the 5 I was given yesterday for this issue.
