Just played a game of normals, and the enemy Quinn ult'ed and stayed as Valor for the whole game. Hope Riot can fix this soon as I feel sorry for the Quinn and it made the game pretty boring. Couldn't get a picture as to prove this, but it definatly exists.
yes! it happened to me as Quinn in a normal draft. i reported it in a ticket and was told to report it here as well, glad someone already did it. the ultimate ability becomes unusable after casting it(you literally cannot re-cast ultimate after using it) and then you're stuck in valor form with the movement speed of quinn and ability set/attack range of valor. its completely game breaking for quinn.
